Ana Gonzales bio
Ana Gonzalez de Jorgenson comes from a family with a strong musical background. When she was a kid, she listened to lots of classical music and older boleros. In addition, she was a fan of the traditional romance ballads as well as ranchero. Ana loves opera and tangos, along with the dramatic shows that she attends. Ana began learning and singing the piano with her mom, she began her more intensive vocal training when she was 16 working with the famous Mexican tenor Flavio Becerra. In Guadalajara she studied at the School of Music of University of Guadalajara as well as in Toluca in The School of Sacred Music. In Guadalajara along with Mexico City, she was an active member of numerous chamber and opera choirs. When she moved from Mexico to the United States in 2000, she performed with the Fort Lauderdale Symphony Chorus. She's a frequent solo performer at private parties and events and performs the traditional Latin American Music. Her passion for the performing arts, music, as well as the arts keeps active in community projects for both an artist as well as a instructor. Ana is also a former member of the Community Chorus of Redlands. The Inland Master Chorale. and the Performance Loft. Ana loves to sing the traditional Latin American songs and hopes to encourage others to sing the same.
